We deliver island-wide in Singapore, except to the following:
We offer FREE next-day delivery service for orders that are at least S$100. Orders that are less than this amount will be charged a delivery fee of S$15.
There will be an additional delivery surcharge of S$10 to Sentosa vicinity.
Our standard delivery timing is from Monday to Sunday, between 10am to 10pm.
Available timeslot are:
10am to 2pm
2pm to 6pm
6pm to 10pm
Orders received before 3pm will be delivered the next day, before 10pm.
Orders received after 3pm will be delivered the day after, before 10pm.

While our delivery partner will always do their very best to deliver all orders on time, they may find it difficult to deliver certain orders because of any of the following unforeseen reasons:
We will give you a call to set a second delivery schedule.
Deliveries can only be rescheduled once. This means that our delivery partner will only make 2 delivery attempts. For all deliveries, our delivery partner will notify you of your delivery time so that you can ensure that you’ll be at your delivery address to receive your order (please make sure to provide the correct delivery address and mobile number when placing an order).
If our delivery partner was not able to reach you or you/your representative was not available at your delivery address during the second delivery, your order will be cancelled. Unfortunately, in this case, we will not be able to offer a refund.
We will process a refund for the item(s) that was out of stock.
We strongly recommend that you check your item(s) upon delivery. If there are any missing items or quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order through our hotline +65 8126 7886 (we’re available daily, from 10am to 9pm) or email us at mands.sg.customerservice@alfuttaim.com.
M&S adheres to very strict standards concerning the storage of food items so you can rest assured that all items delivered to you are either well within their Best Before Date or Best Before End Date. Moreover, frozen food items are transported in one of our refrigerated trucks that can store items at a temperature of -18oC to preserve their quality, freshness and taste.
We will not be able to refund any item which reaches its expiry date due to any delivery date rescheduling.
