  • What payment methods can I use?

    We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard debit/credit card, Apple Pay and American Express debit/credit cards.

    Please note that we currently do not accept the following payment methods:

    • Cash on delivery
    • Android Pay
    • Samsung Pay
  • Are all products inclusive of GST?

    Yes. All products and delivery prices are inclusive of GST at the prevailing rate.

  • How do I know if my payment transaction was successful?

    You will receive an order confirmation email for every successful payment. If you do not see any email from us in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Alternatively, you may refer to your order status on the app.

  • I am facing difficulty getting my payment through. Why is this?

    This could be due to any of the following reasons:

    • You may have indicated your card details incorrectly. This includes your name, card number, expiry date and CVV.
    • Your card issuer may have set up a block on internet transactions.
    • There might be a problem with your card. You might want to try an alternative card.

  • My order has just been cancelled because there is a problem with it. What happened?

    We’re sorry this happened, but your order may have been cancelled because we could not process your payment details. To place a new order, you can check the following payment details to ensure your order goes through:

    • Check if the card details saved in your account has the correct information – this could involve anything from the expiry date to your name.
    • Make sure you have entered the right security code – that is the 3-digit number on the back of your card.
  • Are payments done on the app secure?

    We strive to provide our customers a secure and reliable online shopping platform. Part of this is requiring our customers to pass through a range of fraud prevention techniques and tools (3D Secure authentication) when making a purchase. These measures are designed to protect your payment information and minimise online payment associated risks. M&S reserves the right not to process transaction requests failing to pass through these online security requirements.
