  • How do I create an account?

    Creating an M&S SG app account is quick and easy! You can either sign in by using your Google or Facebook account, or just fill up your details on our Create an account page and click Create account.

    If you are an existing customer, simply click Sign in and enjoy hassle-free online shopping with us!

  • How do I change my password?

    In your Account, select Personal details and click on Change password to replace your current password with a new one.

  • Can I change my email address?

    Your existing email address is linked to your account details. If you would like to use a different email address, you will be required to create a new account with us.

  • Can I change my payment details?

    You may add or delete new card information anytime by accessing your Account and selecting Saved cards.

  • Can I add or edit my delivery address?

    Yes. Sign in under your Account and then select Address book, to update and set a default address for your next order.

  • What else can I do with my Order history besides viewing past orders?

    In your Order history, you can also check in on current order statuses, access your digital receipts, print them or re-order previously ordered items.

  • What else can I do with my account?

    When you’re signed into your account, you can also do the following:

    • Change your contact preferences through Communication preferences
    • By selecting Personal details, you have the option of changing your contact details.
  • Can I shop without an account?

    Unfortunately, you will not be able to shop and enjoy the benefits of the M&S SG app without an account.
